14-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. There is no time limit on faulty item claims, however we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Change of Mind (within 14 days) If you change your mind within 14 days, the product must be in good physical condition. In some cases we may issue a refund without requiring a return — we'll advise you on a case by case basis.

Refunds Do Not Apply If:

• 14 days have passed and it is not a faulty item
• The product was misused or damaged after delivery
• You found it cheaper elsewhere
• You were aware of any faults before purchasing

Return Shipping

• Faulty item → we cover return shipping
• Change of mind → you cover return shipping
• International customers: return shipping costs vary by location and will be confirmed when your return is approved

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on your bank and location.
