Shipping Policy

At Bodycraft Recovery, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Order Cutoff Time Orders placed by 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Australia & New Zealand: 3-10 business days
• USA, Canada & UK: 7-14 business days
• Rest of World: 7-21 business days

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders worldwide, no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it and we will confirm the cancellation.

Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days and use your tracking code. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description and we will make it right.
